Crusaders in Print Book ClubCrusaders in Print Book Club – Reading: V for Vendetta by Alan Moore and David Lloyd Everyday Heroics: What Defines A Hero? Over the past decade, the superhero genre has basked in a surge of popularity, thanks in no small part to Marvel Studios. This leads to an interesting question: What exactly is a hero? Do we need Gamma rays and unexplainable mutations to be heroic, or, can there be a way to be deemed heroic in everyday life? Join us at the Town of Ulster Library as we explore this question through a variety of mediums. Welcoming all adults, from sweet sixteen to golden years. Don't have the book? Just call the library, and reserve a copy. “Beneath this mask there is more than flesh. Beneath this mask there is an idea, Mr Creedy. And ideas are bullet-proof!.” Thursday Night Tech TimeThursday Night Tech Time – Call the Library at 845-338-7881 if you would like to reserve a spot or drop in for a fifteen minute one-to-one session with a library staff member who will answer your general tech questions.
