If you are having trouble setting up or using a device, navigating the internet, or even finding affordable hardware and internet service, our Digital Navigators are here to help you.
Join us on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays by appointment and our navigator Josh will work with you to help resolve your technological trip-ups over the course of an hour. In addition, if you are having difficulty finding an Internet Service Provider our Digital Navigator can help you determine if you qualify for free internet service as well as assist you in applying to the Affordable Connectivity Program via the FCC.
