What is #eBooksforAll?

As of November 1, 2019, Macmillan Publishers has changed their policies to allow libraries to purchase only one copy of new e-books for the first eight weeks of their release. Obviously, this change has the potential to significantly limit our patrons’ access to new e-book materials, but if you want to make a difference you are not without recourse.

By clicking this link you can learn about the American Library Association’s petition called #eBooksforAll, which aims to convince Macmillan publishers to reverse their policies and make their electronic resources readily available to library patrons. If you feel so inclined, you can sign the petition and make your voice heard!
